Hi ,

According to step 3 , I uploaded the image at http://blankcanvasweb.com/forums/prefs/

Now how do I know the image link to place in the ' <img src=' variable.

Sorry I don't know about all these codes.

Regards

actually you dont need greasmonkey at all...

The Blank canvass addin works perfectly all on its own  ;)  to embed a graphic you simply need to have the HTML code with a link to the image that you want to display.

<img src="http://www.YOURSITE.com/YOUIMAGE.jpg">

You can get really fancy with it and do some really simple things which looks great. Heres how I use the Facebook embedded image in the html as part of my Google Mail Signature.

Hope this helps...

Thx for using my script.
For getting the link :
1 In Firefox, go to http://blankcanvasweb.com and login
2. Go to preferences page
3. Right click on your photo and "copy image location"
4. Paste any where in your docs to reuse the same.
6. Just copy the whole link in between img src="........."
Pls follow this link , you will get my photo.

For further assistance you are most welcome.

>  how this can be done in Internet Explorer

Upload image to:  ImageShack.us

right click open in new tab: "direct link to image"

use firefox instead of IE

view newly uploaded image in new IE tab

open in new tab to store to clipboad

to store on clipboard:  CTRL+A, CTRL+C

enable gmail labs: canned response

gmail: new email

to paste image stored on clipboard: CTRL+V

save new canned response

...

use canned response as an RTF signature as I have been doing since the lab was made publicly available Cool
